Anatolia here, Co-Founder of the Human Forest Project.

I’ll cut straight to the core.

My Co-Founder Patrick will be stepping away from the reins and focusing on his music career, leaving me as the sole member of the Human Forest.

I see the Human Forest as having the potential to be the ‘5 Rhythms of the Touch Community around the world’ truly making a difference to how people connect to self, others and our natural world.

I’m not interested in doing this alone and also not as the main ‘leader’.

I am looking for Business Partners to be part of making the Human Forest Touch Revolution a global phenomenon - as a panacea for a global sense of disconnection and ruthless growth at the expense of depth.

I am looking for people who are interested in what shared leadership, responsibility and benefits look like as an ecosystem, not a hierarchy.

I desire to work with focused, passionate, skilled, hearty, authentic people who can work with me side by side to truly help the Human Forest bloom.

I believe the Human Forest needs a select few skills in people who want to be Business Partners.

I believe in the ‘Wealth Dynamics’ approach to business that there are particular people with skills and desires that can come together to work.

The Human Forest needs people who have these skills:

Mechanics

Mechanics are perfectionists who like to finish things, rather than create them. They want to make everything better - fine tune them. The Human Forest needs someone who can look at everything the Human Forest Project currently is and has and make it better, more efficient in order to grow.

Supporters

Supporters are great networkers with loads of energy and enthusiasm. The supporter will be the love glue that works with everyone in the team to help the vision grow and thrive.

Deal Makers

A deal maker relies on relationships, connections and being able to react intuitively when the best opportunities present themselves. They are people who can really see how the Human Forest can grow through collaborations and other opportunities.

Traders

A trader is someone who naturally hunts out bargains, naturally loves haggling and gets immense satisfaction from a great deal. They are equally as good at finding high price buyers.

Accumulators

Incremental growth is the key to this wealth dynamics profile. They are patient and disciplined and will stick fast to a successful system. Skills are

Lords

The Lord likes to control everything. You can find a lord where there are fixed assets generating cash. They don't want attention like the stars and like to create wealth quietly. This is basically our accountant, money person who can keep the ship tight!

From here we will hire people who can support branding, social media, marketing, community engagement, event management and more.

Everyone who is part of this ecosystem must represent the values which underpin this organism:

  • Respect for self, others and our natural world

  • Connection is utterly vital and not surface level, we build true relationships to thrive together as a team

  • Creativity is a cornerstone of how we grow, finding our own unique gifts and offering them with creative flair

  • Curiosity as a different mindset to how business can work in our modern age from a heart-centred place

I need to be able to really trust who I work with.

We have various avenues of income that would need to be worked on to generate income which will be split between the team. This will be a business system which will need to be developed. Currently the resources we have are: an online facilitator course (which will need to be updated with great new material), an instagram and Facebook with growing followers, a mailing list, 15 current facilitators who have gone through our course, content collateral (pictures and videos).
